Last updated: October 25, 2026. This privacy policy explains how Superior Plumbing, Inc., doing business as Superior Plumbing & Drain (“we”, “us”), collects, uses and protects information when you visit this website or contact us through it.

Information you give us. When you request service, we receive what you enter in the form – your name, phone number, e-mail address, town or ZIP code, the service you need, a coupon you choose and your description of the problem. When you apply for a job, we also receive the position you are interested in, your experience, license details and the résumé you upload. If you call or e-mail us, we receive what you share in that conversation.

Information collected automatically. Our server records basic technical information such as the pages visited, the date and time, the referring website, the browser and device type and your IP address. We use it to keep the website secure, stop spam and see which pages are useful. Form submissions that are clearly automated spam are not stored at all. Our own visit statistics are counted on our server without cookies and are not shared with anyone.

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the website. It sets cookies in your browser and sends information about your visit to Google. You can decline these cookies in the cookie banner and change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page – the website works the same either way. Apart from that, the website uses only cookies that are strictly necessary, for example to protect the forms against spam.

Videos of our work are hosted on YouTube. A video loads from YouTube only after you click play; until then, nothing is sent to YouTube.

Requests sent through this website are kept for up to three years; after that, the name, contact details, message and attached files are removed automatically. The IP address and browser details of a request are removed after 90 days, and messages marked as spam are deleted after 30 days. Job applications are kept while the position is open and for a reasonable time afterwards. Records we have to keep for business and tax purposes (for example invoices) are kept as long as the law requires. Website log data is kept for a limited time only.

The website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and we take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work to keep your information safe.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or tell us to stop contacting you. Our website and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
