COVID-19 Update

In the wake of the Corona Virus (COVID-19) pandemic, Superior Plumbing and Drain's top priority is to maintain the safety of our community and our employees.
We are taking every necessary precaution by taking every necessary precaution.
Plumbing companies are considered an "essential business", during this time of concern.
Our company is here to fix and repair your plumbing problems as we are open for business! When you call us, feel free to ask any questions or voice any concerns, you may have, regarding the steps we are taking to maintain the protection of our community, plumbing specialists, and staff.

We are all in this together!

The following information lays out the precautions our team, here at Superior Plumbing and Drain, have taken to protect our community, our plumbing specialists, and our staff.

  • Our office staff will be asking every client during their phone conversation if anyone in their home is symptomatic. If there is any type of symptoms or sickness within the residence, we will need to schedule an appointment time when client(s) is no longer sick or symptomatic. We cannot enter a client's residence when there is a confirmed or suspected illness. We do understand this may cause an inconvenience. We will not put the health of our customers, employees, families, and anyone else they have contact with in jeopardy by exposing them to potential risks.
  • Each of our plumbers is evaluated each morning for temperature and symptoms/sickness. We will not send any of our plumbing specialists to a client's home with temperatures or any other symptoms of COVID-19.
  • We are having each plumbing specialist wipe and sanitize their vehicles, phones, tablets, tools, pens and materials with antibacterial wipes.
  • Each of our plumbing specialists will have gloves, masks, and shoe covers in their trucks. They are required to utilize the gloves and shoe covers upon entering each residence. They will be required to put on a new pair of gloves after the job(s) is complete. Clean gloves will be worn when interacting with our customers such as handling payments and distributing paperwork and business cards.
  • We have implemented a 'NO TOUCH' policy. We have instructed our plumbing specialists not to engage in any type of physical contact, including handshakes, throughout their workday. Please note: We would like everyone to know; we are wanting to remain safe and at the same time maintain our friendly and courteous attitude with our customers.
  • The office is open for employees and to accept deliveries only. Any other business will be conducted over the telephone.
